Ms. Rebecca is the best manager we have ever had at Lake Park Colonial Apartments. She is very attentive to our needs and loves to step in and help!

Still here just renewed my lease. Management is awesome. Always responsive ready to handle any situation and always available during office hours

Ms. Becky actually just finished with me and I move in today, I can truly say she is AMAZING. All that she does definitely does not go unnoticed, she made sure everything was taken care of for me before I moved in which makes this soo much easier and lighter on me. I look forward to staying here knowing I have such an amazing property manager.

I wanna say i moved out here with mom and daughter October 3 it’s been almost month now and I would say between the valet trash and the update apartments /the wash room and community has been great living out here I mean everything is good it’s quiet .Rebecca is a great community property manager she has really did a great job since the last few managements in making this place a great place a great community to call home .Even down to the office her workspace shows off the type of person she is and she has great taste in decorating (seasonal) and home decor. She gets her job done .She made us feel welcomed and feel right at home.She did a great job to make sure we were comfortable and had everything ready to go for us to move in just looking out for us in way she can to make us feel at home and of course Will the maintenance guy awesome service very down the earth upbeat and. Always on top of things like Rebecca I really love my remodeled apartment and everything it’s very convenient and livable thanks to Rebecca and her crew
