Nice looking community, but that’s about it . They care more about expired tags than they do about keeping the amenities in working order . Jacuzzi never works , the pool fountain always broke , gym is outdated and again door always broke , the car wash station always out of order

I have been living here for 16 years. The complex is nice, the management has done better than the last. However she is rude, unprofessional and arrogant along with her assistant. They are impartial and needs to improve on their customer service skills because I am not a child and I don’t need to be chastised as if I am one. I feel they discriminate and are very unfair. The loud music from nearby restaurants are insane late hours, the HOA fees are 450.00 per month and the board are unfair and really needs to be investigated due to unsafe practices, does not provide financial report at meetings, feel they can make decisions and don’t allow homeowners to speak and give their opinion at the meetings! This place was nice but now I dread going home because of the way they treat you if you have a need to contact the office!!! I am moving soon but I love my townhouse otherwise it’s just the environment and dealing with certain people!
