Hale Nani Apartments

I recently (week and a half ago) moved here from Chicago, sight unseen. I trusted my eyes a quick drive by in Feb and Amber in the front office. Make no mistake, all of the ladies in the front have been amazing, but Amber was my first contact and I tend to rely on her (more than I probably should). There have been minor issues that have come up, but Amber has been instrumental in getting these little issues rectified. I'm very easy going, but nonsense tends to follow me because I rarely complain and I feel awful if I'm "that" guy. But Amber has been very easy to communicate with and she has a laid back attitude which helps a high strung person such as myself. Regardless, it's been almost a couple weeks, and I sorta feel at home- Oh, I need a job so I can pay rent! Anyone hiring? 🤣. Thanks for all the help Amber and friends!

The Office staff is very kind and very professional.

Leasing staff sucks. Very rude and unpleasant to talk to. Not worth the money

Melisa Rodger is undeniably one of the best property managers you could ask for. Moving down here abruptly and needing someone patient and understanding of the situation, I don’t think a better person for the job could have appeared. She genuinely cares about her job but more importantly she cares about the people. I highly recommend contacting her for moving and joining the Hale Nani.

The leasing property manager is very rude, acts like a karen, and entitled. 100% wouldn’t recommend living here. I was expecting to speak with a grown up, however it felt as if I had to deal with a child. Def recommend living anywhere but here.
