I’ve been living here since 2019 and I have loved it. It’s been a perfect place. I have a perfect spot that gets natural light. I haven’t had any major issues that they weren’t able to fix quickly.

Just moved in about a month ago. The property is well maintained. The property manager is awesome! And a great quiet place to live.

I moved in a few months ago and I love it here. My neighbors are very nice. The lady in the office KIM is so helpful and sweet. I have met the maintenance guys and they seem very polite. I have not needed them yet. I have found a place to call home for a while. I would recommend Glenwood 100%

I lived at Glenwood from 2011-2026, we went through some changes over the years, but they finally found a great manager (Kim). She has been there for about 8-9 yrs now and it's been a great place to live. Close to everything in Jacksonville, even the beach is only 13 miles away. We left only because we have decided to travel full time in our RV, or we would still be there. You cannot find another affordable place in or around Jacksonville. They're the perfect Apt for a single person or a couple. I have never had a problem there that wasn't addressed quickly. The maintenance team are probably the best you'll find in the city. We loved living there and made a lot of great friends.
