Management has gone downhill. The area manager, Christine Issendorf, refused to take any accountability and refused to cover $400 worth of groceries that spoiled because her maintenance team wasn’t able to find and resolve my emergency fridge issue that lasted for 3 days. I’ve been here for 4 years, I’ve been paying over $2000 a month in rent. They charge luxury prices but cannot provide a luxury service. Christine was rude to me on the phone and blamed me for something falling and blocking the vent that keeps the fridge cool. There are massive 5 inch gaps in the back of the fridge that things regularly accidentally fall into, simply due to the size of the gap and normal fridge usage. Normally I’m able to spot and retrieve anything that slips through. Even maintenance was not able to find the issue the three times they stopped by before today. However when I explained this, she doubled down and again blamed me. She does not care that it’s 3 days before Christmas and that $400 is a lot of money, especially during this time of the year. The rest of her team was able to be kind and empathetic to my situation. The maintenance lead apologized to me that he didn’t find the issue on Friday. However Christine does not care. She is supposed to be the example that the staff at all the Fort Family properties that she manages is supposed to follow. Yet she was rude, unhelpful, and unable to take any accountability and instead blames it on the tenant. When I first moved in, the previous manager was so nice and was able to resolve all issues in a professional manner. So it’s unfortunate that this is now the current manager’s approach. Due to this situation I can no longer recommend any Fort Family property. Christine is the area manager for the Fort Family properties in this area. I would avoid any Fort Family property managed by her, which include Pinnacle, Hacienda Club, and Cabana Club.

My friend is living there and she did a little tour for me, it’s a beautiful building with very modern decor. The pool area is super clean and inviting! A large / two-story gym and a lot of meeting/gathering spaces

WOW!! Thank you Sarah for the opportunity to tour this beautiful community owned by Fort Family. The community was clean and well maintained. All the amenities were superb, the pool, gym, game room, and theater. Sarah greeted me with a smile and a pleasant demeanor. She was very informative, patient, and professional. Sarah answered all my questions and provided me with the necessary details for a smooth transfer to this property. I look forward to working with Sarah in the future; making Fusion my next home. I may never apply for a lease again if Victoria Miller isn't the one overseeing the process. She got my application pushed through and approved in a matter of hours, was very transparent and responsive, I literally have no complaints-this was the best lease experience I have ever had. But it gets better! Shortly after moving in I was having noise problems with the people above me...one simple call to Victoria about it and she said NOT ANYMORE! It has been a peaceful bliss ever since. If everyone else worked as hard as this woman, the U.S. economy would set new records. It was a great pleasure to been able to have my move in experience go so smooth thanks to Victoria! Thank you so much!

Love living at Fusion so far and I recommend it to anyone who wants a new modern style apartment with lots of amenities. The gym is great, I don't need a membership any more, and the pool is awesome. The staff has been great and attentive to anything I need. Tyler was my leasing agent and did a good job, Amanda and Sonnya were there to assist as well if I needed anything while Tyler wasn't working. Alicia is the property manager and has been open and helpful to assist any issues that arise which certainly helps moving somewhere new.
