Fountains at Deerwood

Beautiful remodeled apartments and a very clean community. I just moved in and wanted to give a shoutout to Rachel in the leasing office! She made the whole process so much easier than I expected. She was always quick to answer my questions, kept me updated throughout everything, and was super friendly every time we talked.

From the first tour to move-in day, Rachel was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. It’s rare to find someone who is both efficient and personable, and she definitely went above and beyond. I’m so happy with my decision to move here and highly recommend working with Rachel if you’re looking for a new apartment!

I have been in this complex for like 3 weeks but since then I found many cockroaches and some in the kitchen too . The office told me it is from outside but it isn't they are coming out of the cabinets and toilets ,I put some tape on the toilets to close the holes . I am very frustrated and regret renting their old house it is almost two thousand dollars. I told them I have kids and one of them she has a medical condition and I asked many times is there any cockroach and she said no .I want to get out of here as soon as possible, please stay away from this place it is not healthy and not good for living.

Genuinely can say living here has beat other apartments and townhouses in the area, it’s very quiet and the full area is very nice to look at, it doesn’t feel like you’re in a complex. The office staff are amazing they don’t make you feel crazy for asking normal questions or about having maintenance done. I have no complaints, it’s the first time since moving to this side of town anything has felt like an actual community.
