Forena Luxury Living Apartments

I moved into Forena when it was brand new and still had very few residents, and I lived there for over a year. Overall, I had a positive experience. The customer service and office staff were consistently amazing, and maintenance requests were always handled quickly and efficiently. The amenities were modern, well-maintained, and enjoyable to use. The main downside was that the walls are extremely thin, so noise from neighboring apartments travels easily. You hear people taking on their cell phones, while in their units, people slamming their doors and even them watching tv. Just beware of noise. As more residents moved in, some issues naturally arose—such as people not cleaning up after themselves and causing damage to shared spaces. Unfortunately, this led the front office to implement stricter rules for the amenities, which was a bit frustrating at first. However, I understood why these rules were necessary. Overall, Forena is a nice place to live with great staff and amenities. The biggest challenges came from noise levels and a lack of consideration from some residents, rather than from management itself.

Been living here for a year, and I’ve really enjoyed living at this apartment! The building is always clean and well-maintained, and the management team is friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. The facilities are a major plus—everything from the gym to the common areas is kept in great condition, and it truly feels like a comfortable, safe place to call home. The location is convenient, the neighbors are respectful, and overall it’s been a smooth and pleasant living experience. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a modern, well-managed place to live!

We are so happy we found Forena Luxury apartments! We have a 3/2 and love the layout. The complex has a lot of activities, a quiet living environment, and wonderful resort style amenities! Thank you to Mariam, Bianka, and Sara for helping us with the tour, application process, and my endless emails 😊. Thank you to Andrew in maintenance for helping us get our internet wired! And we are so grateful for Laura in housekeeping as well! She went above and beyond one morning when we locked our keys in the gym after an early morning workout! We could not be happier with Forena and we love the location as well!

I have loved living at Forena! The amenities are truly as nice as they look online. Grabbing a coffee from the coffee room & sitting out at the pool feels like you're on vacation. Our unit (top floor) is very quiet and the appliances are high end. The property is beautifully maintained. All of the dog stations are always filled with dog bags and emptied, the trash rooms are always clean, landscaping is gorgeous. Staff at the front office are wonderful as well and happy to help. Shoutout to Mariam who has gone above and beyond to help with move in process, package issues, etc. Highly recommend!

10/10 Experience—The Ideal home! I am a huge fan of Forena Luxury! This has been an absolutely amazing place for me to live. I have been pleasantly surprised by everything since I moved in. Spacious, well-lit, and exquisitely designed, the flat itself strikes the ideal balance between comfort and flair. The kitchen is contemporary, and I appreciate how much storage there is. The management team obviously takes pride in the building because it is consistently kept up nicely. The staff is always professional and kind, and maintenance needs are handled promptly. The pool and gym on the premises are excellent and well-maintained. Additionally, I like the peace of mind and safe entry it provides. The location is ideal, and everyone can easily get there. and I’ve had no trouble getting around. The neighborhood is quiet but still close to everything I need. Overall, my experience has been wonderful, and I would recommend Forena Luxury to anyone looking for a great place to live. This has truly been a 10/10 experience, and I’m grateful to have found such an amazing apartment.
