Moved in 4/2025. Just renewed my lease. I love living here. It's very quiet, there are views of the river, tall oak trees and the neighbors are super friendly. Maintenance is on top of getting things fixed. A new owner took over last August and lots of repairs are being taken care of.

Edit to add: I encourage you to look at the profiles of some of these 5 star reviews. Some of them seem to be paid bots. One has about six different properties all given 5 star reviews with similar wording in the same month, claiming to live at all of them. Horrible experience. Moved in to find out there was a terrible moisture issue. The AC was not dehumidifying at all. Management told us that it wasn't the job of the AC to do that, assuming I didn't know anything about HVAC. Google is free. The floorboards were warped from the moisture. Got a mold inspector and he said with the way the mold was coming through the walls, the company had just painted over previous mold. The air quality was unsafe. THEY DIDNT REPLACE OUR FIRE ALARM FOR MONTHS. Had to call in the city inspector. Come to find out the unit next door had flooded probably a good 3 feet a while back and was overrun with mold. The wall adjacent to us had been ripped out. Off the record, the inspector told us that P building needs to be torn down entirely. Whole building has the same issue. He had been called in to nearly every unit. We were able to legally break our lease with a 7 day notice due to the mold and the lack of a smoke detector. They never replaced the smoke detector. Please do not move in here. There is a new company but it looks like they are just renovating P. The whole process they were trying to run us around and were being incredibly deceptive. We still haven't received our security deposit back after cleaning the unit and leaving it empty. We moved out in August. This property is truly beyond repair.

The worst apartment I ever lived in. Lived in a 2/2 where they replaced the roof which leaked in 8 different places to the point I couldn't use my stove. They left us in the water damaged unit for three weeks before moving us to one that cost more due to no other options. Now I hear non-stop construction. Our parking lot doesn't have enough space because the materials are spread all over it. Still can't get maintenance requests completed appropriately. Water is shut off about once a week due to damaged plumbing. My balcony is crumbling to pieces. Thermostat doesn't work. Been waiting for a week on that one. The list goes on. Management is not concerned with the safety and health of residents here. They want rent money to violate tenants rights. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Markita was a pleasure to work with. She was friendly and inviting. She made me feel like I was home. It was an easy process to get the lease signed and move in was smooth. My dog Dean Fischer and I already have started to explore the property, and we both love it here.

Donβt move here!! This place is disgustingly awful! I moved in and had no electricity in the main bedroom for months. They said I was on a maintenance list. There has been a blue tarp on the roof for so long it hangs in shreds in front of my door like a curtain I have to avoid to get in my apartment. The roof has been leaking into my bedroom every time it rains. They do not care!
