Eddison at Deerwood Park

Excellent rental experience. From the beginning the attention in the rental team of first the manager, the assistant manager Yaumara making sure to solve all the details. The maintenance staff in the repairs are quite fast, efficient and professionals do their best to make sure they are well taken care of. It has been a pleasure our experience in general as new tenants in Eddison keep it up grateful

A/C service was completed very timely, diagnosed accurately and repaired. :)

My experience with the leasing office at Edison at Deerwood Park has been extremely disappointing. The staff has been unprofessional, unhelpful, and often lacks the knowledge needed to properly assist residents. Communication is poor, and issues rarely seem to get resolved efficiently. On top of that, residents are forced to pay for Blue Stream Fiber TV service, which has been incredibly difficult to deal with, and the community constantly has gate problems. I do want to recognize Monica, Toran, and the maintenance staff, who have been professional and helpful. Unfortunately, their efforts have not been enough to make up for the overall poor management experience.

Wonderful maintenance team!!! Enver treats this place like he lives here himself. My air went out on a holiday weekend I was given a portable by an “on call person” however Enver was here at daylight on Monday morning repairing it in 15 minutes. He was out of town and wasn’t happy one of his residents was having issues. He truly cares about his residents and has a work ethic that is difficult to find anymore. George is great as well! Monica in the office is always helpful and finds solutions to any issues.
