I have been living here for over a year now. When I first came here, Hasan was the best and still is the best. I was new to renting he helped me through the process fast, move in was smooth, zero hidden fees everything was as discussed up front. I’ve had no issues with packages going missing, they have the Luxor system and it’s behind a locked door where you need to use your fob to access it, very secure. The community is gated and each apartment building requires a key fob to access, very safe. Location wise it is fantastic, you are close to everything you need or want, movie theater is within walking distance as are multiple restaurants. Grocery stores like Costco are a super close drive away maybe five minutes. Maintenance issues happen, had 1 not so great experience with maintenance, but I’ve had multiple amazing experiences with them. A true test of a place is consistency, and they nail this. All of the staff and friendly, the property is well maintained, the pool area is honestly better than most hotel pool areas. There are lots of events and the neighbors have been nothing but friendly and a good time. I think there are probably too many reserved parking spots at buildings 1 and 2 which makes parking inconvenient at certain times of the day, but it’s just that a minor inconvenience. My lease is coming up for renewal, and I truly considered other options, did a lot of research and went on a lot of tours, I found the competition to this place extremely lacking. I have had zero problems with pest control here, the place is spotless. If you’re considering Ciel, and you’re thinking oh this other place is a little cheaper, just remember this, you get what you pay for. Ciel is worth spending the little bit extra. Lived here for almost 2 years and this is the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. Denise, the housekeeping manager keeps it spotless and she is such a friendly face! Hassan in the office has answered many of my questions and has been so helpful. Angela the office manager and Hassan always provide such great service and organize complex events. The maintenance team deserves a shout out as well; they are so on top of it! It's a pleasure to live here among such great management!
