Catalina is a JOKE!!! I’m surprised they haven’t been condemned yet. RATS! RATS! RATS! Almost every building has rats! They will not fix the issue they only send pest control and that’s MAYBE once a week and IF you’re home. Management has changed numerous times within the last year or 2. When you think something’s going to get fixed it’s NOT. They will randomly come into your apartment and if they do not have permission they will enter regardless. This towing bullshit occurs randomly every couple of months so beware they will tow your car from in front of your door for any and every reason they can think of. Angie was the property manager and she did not fix things. She would send maintenance and that’s it. No fix, just take a look and promise to return. Also beware they will give your apartment key to third party contractors who have no ties or connections to Catalina. Do not move here unless you’re desperate!!

I've been here for a short time but Ms Angie is Awesome and does a great job!! Anytime I tell her something needs to be fixed in my home it gets done immediately. She's a very nice lady and I just appreciate all her hard work. Thank you Ms Angie you are truly amazing and very appreciated 💪🏾💪🏾💯

Recently moved in a month ago. The HVAC contractors were amazing. The maintenance supervisor Frankie has superb contractor skills and replaced my screen doors, and did an amazing board and baton finish of the exterior. Angie is also very great at what she does. I can tell the owners are doing a deep dive at turning this place around. My only suggestion, build STEEL gates around it, give residents entry codes and hire a security team. Security is very inexpensive, not sure why they haven't made this investment yet.

Would be nice if maintenance actually cared about EXISTING residents. They focus on new residents then it Seems like they only care enough to get you into an apartment and after that lease is signed the communication is done with unfortunately. I moved in not even 2-3 months ago and I still have MAJOR maintenance emergency issues that haven’t been fixed. Also if you have a vehicle like most people you won’t have any parking in some buildings. HORRIBLE!! I drive through the community sometimes and I feel bad for some buildings. It’s a cluster mess of cars and no parking for them. If you like parking on the curb or risk your car being towed this is for you. Hopefully something will change but probably not. I’ve heard Angie is great.. I’m waiting to see the greatness and my apartment fixed.
