Avere Southside Quarter

I’ve really enjoyed living here! The apartment is super nice, and whenever I’ve had an issue, putting in a maintenance request is really easy and most things are taken care of by the next day. Everyone on staff has also been really kind and helpful. Erica has always been there for me throughout my time living here and is always willing to answer any questions I have or help with anything I need. I also really appreciate how much the staff does to make residents feel valued, like celebrating our accomplishments and milestones. This graduation celebration was such a sweet example of that! Overall, I’ve had a really great experience living here!

Errica is one of the best staff members here and she so helpful with all the things I need. I’ve been here for 2 years and I never had any issues with staff communication.

I lived at Avere from 2023 to 2026, and I can genuinely say that I loved calling this community home. The only reason I moved out was because I relocated from Jacksonville. Otherwise, I truly believe I would have stayed at Avere for many more years. Avere is a beautiful community, but what made my experience there so exceptional was the people who cared for it, especially Michelle. After three years as a resident, I can confidently say that Michelle is one of Avere’s greatest assets. She represents what luxury residential living should feel like. Her professionalism, work ethic, attention to detail, and genuine care for residents are evident in everything she does. She takes tremendous pride in the community, and you can see that pride reflected in how beautiful and well cared for Avere consistently is. What makes Michelle particularly special, though, is that her care extends far beyond maintaining a property. She takes care of the community and its residents with an incredible amount of warmth and thoughtfulness. She notices the little things. She knows the residents. She goes above and beyond. There is almost a motherly quality to the way she cares for the community, while always maintaining an exceptional level of professionalism. Beautiful buildings and amenities can make an apartment community luxurious, but people are what make residents want to stay. Avere would not be the community it is today without the tremendous amount of care, pride, hard work, and attention to detail Michelle puts into everything she does. Leaving Avere was one of the hardest parts of leaving Jacksonville. I am incredibly grateful for my three years there and especially grateful to Michelle for the role she played in making it such a wonderful place to live. She is truly an asset to Avere and absolutely deserves to be recognized for the impact she has on this community.

Beautiful grounds and buildings. They really upkeep the area and it really shows. The pool was a tad bit dirty but nothing major. We had an Air BnB here and the apartments are spacious and look nice.
