Antlers Apartments

Ended up breaking my lease early after months of unresolved issues. The building has a roach problem, in the kitchen, on the walls, even in the carpet. The stairwell steps shake and were reported as unsafe months ago with no repair. My stove only has two working elements, and the windows in my unit don't function properly and there was a fire in another building. Maintenance requests go unanswered or take far too long to resolve. Wouldn't recommend living here. The roaches were awful.

Apartment is great and area is clean. Staff is great and pool is alway clean.

Daphne was phenomenal, patient, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we felt right at home. Thank you so much for making our experience here feel welcoming.

Daphne has been an incredible help from start to finish! She's kind, optimistic and always had answer when we needed it. She gave us a wonderful tour of the grounds and has been instrumental to the process. Thanks again Daphne for all of your assistance! A gem of a woman!
