The water is constantly being turned off .The pool is never open and they’re charging top dollar for run down apartments . RUN ASAP

Let me start of by saying if you expect professionalism, open communication and at the least decent management stay clear of these apartments!!! I'm not an individual who normally leaves reviews but the experience that I have since moving in these apartments has stressful and mentally draining. From the time I moved in has been issue after issue. You can forget getting any resolve for issues that require the attention of management. They're either not available or not willing to help in a timely manner unless their rent is late. The office staff is the worst I have ever seen or experienced. The apartments are old they can definitely use cleaning and painting. The floor plans however, they are very spacious dependent on what unit you get. The maintenance team is pretty good I haven't had any issues with them. I wouldn't wish my experience on my worst enemy being somewhere where you constantly can't get any assistance can't get any clarity or get any help can be a total nightmare!!! They respond to reviews as if they're so apologetic and they're willing to help and give contact information for you to address your concerns but believe me it's pointless!!!!!!!!!!

I just moved in, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Thomas in maintenance. He’s been awesome and super attentive to everything I’ve needed since I got here. He's made the settling-in process so much easier. The property and the management team have been great to work with, too—they really made my move here a breeze. Highly recommend!
