Thanks to Berta from maintenance, who was very quick and efficient, and to manager Josie, who was always willing to help. This condominium is excellent; I highly recommend it.

Smh...This has been going on for weeks and we are charged fees included in our rent for valet trash services, and garbage. We have 1 laundry room and it has been out of order for 3 weeks

I have lived here for over 7 years and we now have the worst management I have ever experienced. The property is nasty keeps the breezways dirty they dont pressure wash, there are constant plumbing issues that are never fixed properly , my apartment has been patched up in several areas from leaks and it looks bad they didn't even paint over it. I cant even get an AC filter that fits properly. Its always loud music being played by neighbors and they do nothing about it but tell you to call the police , ppl have parties in the parking lot until 2am, your not allowed to have a grill and there designated grilling area has no grill rack, the laundry room is filthy they wont even wipe off the machines or sweep the floor. I'm starting to hate living here now. I have several service requests I cant get in bc I work 2 jobs I dont have time to keep calling and I cant place them online bc there is no way to do it the way they have the app set up and when I call the office no one is there, and they dont return calls, beyond frustrating. I regret renewing my lease so bad.
