AI Review Summary
This complex offers a highly convenient location, especially for medical and graduate students, with many appreciating the short walk to campus and hospitals, along with a generally quiet atmosphere. Residents also frequently praise the spacious units, appealing amenities like the pool and gym, and a staff often described as friendly, helpful, and responsive. However, some students have reported issues with maintenance, including slow responses to critical problems like leaks and AC outages, and a perception that policies can be inflexibly enforced, leading to unexpected fees.

I have lived in different apartment communities for the past 13 years, and to be honest, this has been the worst rental experience I have ever had. Despite paying rent that was comparable to the market rate, I often felt that residents were charged for almost every situation, even when it resulted from misunderstandings or simply not being aware of certain policies. This created the impression that policies were enforced without much flexibility or consideration for individual circumstances. Unfortunately, my experience at Wildflower has left me very disappointed. In my opinion, Wildflower Apartments provided the worst rental experience I have encountered in over 13 years of living in apartment communities. I will not recommend anyone to Wildflower. Stay away find something else. They are zero or one star.

Horrible building. Fire alarm never stops going off. Things are constantly broken (right now it's half of the doors to enter into the building and the wifi). Management throws random small events (like pizza parties) instead of actually fixing any issues in the building. DO NOT LIVE HERE! Find another, nicer building. For anyone in the medical school, choose Bartram. It's a little further but much nicer and less issues. The proximity to school does NOT make up for the multitude of problems. Also, the entirety of building A almost collapsed earlier this year and, after lying about it for weeks, management rushed to kick out all of the residents with only days notice. I believe there are active lawsuits being filed.

Not great. Even 3 years after moving out they are somehow asking me for $1170 in damages. I moved out in 2023. Ridiculous
