Quiet and nice community, rooms are spacious and people are respectful. Very affordable and totally worth it!

Horrible experience! The room is very small and the walls are super thin, you can hear everything from the rooms nearby. Chinese students often yelled crazily in the parking lot. The Chinese landlord, J.A.S.O.N is irresponsible and crazy (he locked the A/C like attached picture). Stay away from roommates named M.I.L.A.N and S.A.H.E.R, super messy, loud, mean, and vicious!

This apartment complex is extremely small and very quiet. Management could do a better job of removing the trash and picking up litter. Also many garbage cans in the pool area are overflowing but other wise nice.

Good Appartments, but sometimes it takes lot of time to get the maintenance requests done. This place is right around the India bazaar, dollar general, deshi bazaar and some hair salons nearby.

Nice condominiums. Goes to university of Florida campus with access using the 35 and 36 RTS bus. Park anywhere, meaning no visitor parking required.
