Townhomes at TSC

Living here has only ever sucked. It’s been me and my cat left to deal with shitty drug dealer roommates, who incurred a raid here that trashed the entire apartment and damaged a significant amount of property, who were then also allowed BACK into the space after smoking in here constantly and selling drugs and firearms out of the apartment. Like why do I even pay rent here? I’m constantly bombarded with litter all over the complex that management doesn’t do a single thing about, the pool’s always closed, I didn’t even get my sign-on lease rebate bonus they were promising and probably still are. There’s always a note on my door about maintenance entering my space at some point and finding an issue with it, despite any deemable “mess” in here primarily constituting of a pile of dirty clothes to be washed. This place is just an absolute joke. I pray anybody thinking of moving here reads this note and hightails it to Redpoint or The Osceola; LITERALLY ANY APARTMENT IN TOWN IS BETTER THAN HERE! To pay every month on time and live a quiet life no one could complain about, and deal with the constant stress and poor living conditions of management interference when unnecessary and none at all when dire is insane. Townhomes at TSC is a joke. Photos below are from the raid; My door was left broken for weeks and the replacement doesn’t even lock properly (which I’ve told them an insane number of times about). All rooms were completely turned upside down. Nothing was done after to fix the mess or handle the issue by apartment staff after. So tired of living here.
