Third Avenue Apartments

I've had a wonderful experience applying and getting an apartment here! Ashland and Heather have been communicative at every step of the process, letting me know what to anticipate. Ashland has been patient, kind, and knowledgeable in answering my many questions about the apartments, the location, and set up. The apartment itself is beautiful. Original hardwood floors, spacious, lots of windows. Even though its an older building, the apartments have been well renovated without losing their original charm. I also feel like Im in good hands with Ashland as the property manager here. I am so excited to start living here and enjoying my new space!

I tried to see about renting an Apartment there and they nobody ever got back to me and also I need to see if there private own and if they do cridt report

I absolutely love living here! Staff is friendly and helpful and the place itself is really nice. Finding a nice and affordable place to live is sometimes really difficult and 3rd Ave has both. I would recommend anyone looking for a place to check out 3rd Ave Apartments.
