The Standard at Gainesville

I’ve lived at the standard for 3 years and in the last year they have really stepped up their game with amenities and resident events. Liz hosted an amazing charcuterie board event for VIP residents and listens to whatever suggestions or complaints residents might have. Whatever you’re paying her, it’s not enough!

This community was wonderful for my daughter until they extorted us for her security deposit. No one returned any calls. We had pictures of before and after she moved in. The apartment was immaculately left for them to rent to someone else. They sent false photos to my daughter yet never responded to anything. This establishment is not run by reputable people. What a shame for the fine folks in Gainesville Florida that attend the best college in America. You should be ashamed of the way you run your business.

Malik B did an amazing job! He was super nice and fixed our dryer immediately. We had issues for weeks and he took it apart and even cleaned it out without us asking. Thank you Malik!

Staff up front are awesome very professional kind and great snacks treat employees great as well as the tenants. They are pet friendly and super clean areas. Vip is beautiful especially the pool.they have grill area and special pet areas computer n study rooms two gym areas and a dance studio. Multiple pool tables and areas to relax. Even maintenance is friendly and fix things as fast as they can. I love the service and experience you get at The Standard of Gainesville. Also they hold events every month that are fun to partake in. Great gift bags and I really love every one that makes you want to stay here forever.

If I could give them 0 stars I would, Management absolutely sucks. The "managers" sit in their office all day and make you play telephone with the kids in the front rather than coming out to help you.When I asked to speak with one they were like sorry she doesn't do that. Do what her job??? Compared to all the other appts in gainesville the standard actually sucks and I cant say enough bad things. Also the rooms itself are filthy, some are redone without carpet others have carpets stained from the day they built this God awful apartment. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!
