The Residences at Page Park

Absolutely horrible, the smoke detector constantly goes off for no reason. I have no smoke to be found and it is annoying constantly going off. This is another incident that happened where those who work in the office stole rent money. I've had multiple "workers" steal the loan money, as of right now it hasn't happened but I really hope they do better with who they hire. The apartments are definitely beautiful if i'm going to be honest, but the amount of problems I've encountered are ridiculous. Not only were those my problems, but I had found out that I had a cockroach infestation when I moved in when I turned the lights on in the kitchen, they would scatter around. They weren't only in the kitchen, but they were EVERYWHERE. I find it gross that they were aware of it but never did anything about it after numerous calls, they did everything but get a crew to exterminate them. Please do better because I'm genuinely disgusted and annoyed with everything that has happened in the apartment.

These apartments are very nice and the process to get your keys is quick and easy.. Anna Perez in the leasing office was very helpful and welcoming through the entire process. From the time I messaged them for a tour till I got my keys she was there through every step breaking everything down for me and my fiancé. I am absolutely satisfied with everything

Karen and the maintenance staff are truly exceptional. I would like to extend my personal gratitude to them for consistently demonstrating excellence in their roles. I have observed them frequently walking throughout the community, assisting residents and showcasing the complex. They are outstanding individuals who make significant contributions to the smooth operation of this community. I will always be grateful for their dedication. Kudos to the amazing staff members. STORY FROM A 7 YEAR RESIDENT: My fiancé & I moved in together in 2016 and initially everything was great under that property manager. However as years went on, the property management company changed to Pedcor Living. Shortly after that everything changed for the worse. The demographic of the tenants changed it was quite impossible to live comfortably. Neighbors would have multiple guests, loud music, and treat the parking lot like their own mechanic. We had neighbors whose dog would be off leash and attacked my dog on multiple occasions. We had an open leak in the primary bedroom closet for YEARS that was never fixed and I am certain that it caused mold because once we moved, a lot of things indicated there was mold. In addition, the property managers changed so many times that they couldn’t even address simple requests due to changing hands so many times. The current property manager is unhelpful, unsympathetic and even made my fiancé pay to get his car back after it was towed from our very own parking lot despite him having a resident parking decal. One of the property managers harassed me about having plants on my stairs and threatened to remove my plants if I didn’t comply despite there being NO MENTION in the lease agreement about that specifically. On multiple occasions they would leave notices on our door stating that they needed to enter for pest control but would demand that we lock up our animals while we are not home for hours so that they could spray and they wouldn’t even give you 24 hours notice most times. One year they renovated the interior and had a team of people just wreak havoc on our place and did a shotty job. There was a strip of exposed floor left in our bathroom due to the new vanity not being measured properly. There was glue or epoxy globs left in multiple places. Lastly, the apartments were painted with the worst, cheapest paint that I have ever seen. The paint was terrible when me moved in and the new paint when renovated was just as bad. It would peel off in strips and crack in areas. My fiancé and I could not wait to get out of there after the living experience being so disappointing for the last few years. If you are looking for a quiet, nice place to live, this is not it. They also raised our rent $700 dollars in the years we lived there and not incrementally. They seem greedy and entitled to ask for all this money for a place with NO AMENITIES.
