The Mayfair Apartments

This is a great place to live. I’m home most of the time because I take care of my mom full time. We have been here for a few years and I would definitely recommend this place. Trinity and Danelle are AMAZING. Anytime I have a question or problem, they are both there for me. Everyone is so helpful and caring. The maintenance team works so hard! They are always so professional and kind when they need to come into the apartment. The apartments are spacious and the neighborhood is beautiful and very convenient to several things. Little pricey, but it’s worth it.

Moving into Mayfair was a fast process and Danielle was about her business with check-ins. For me it went smooth especially because I was doing everything in between, during and after my work hours. Now that I’m in and have gone walking/jogging/shopping around the area I can honestly say it’s a clean quiet neighborhood and property. I just moved to Florida from Las Vegas in January and was worried I wouldn’t find a place as upscale as places I’ve lived in Las Vegas, so I’m happy I found Mayfair. I haven’t been to the gym or pool area yet but I’m not worried not it would be anything less than perfect in my eyes. I love the coffee station. Thank you guys for a professional and smooth transition!
