The Marlow Gainesville

I’ve been living here since January 2026, and I’m very satisfied with my apartment. The community is really clean and comfortable, and the maintenance service is very quick. The RTS bus line is close to the apartment, so transportation is very convenient. The best thing about this apartment is the staff. Everyone in the housing office is very kind and professional. I strongly recommend this apartment not only for students, but also for families.

We’ve been here for a little over a month now and love it. The building is always very clean, the package lockers are great for preventing theft of your deliveries, and staff is always extremely friendly.

We are currently staying here and everything went well. All the staffs are nice and approachable esp Jason (manager) and Theresa. We came from Canada, we are glad that they offered us for two months free. The rooms are big, spacious and has big closet. The hallways are clean and has Ac so during summer it will be not too hot when walking goint to the room. The place is safe since we saw some sherriff who currently live here. All the amenities are so fantastic the gym, pool and the club room. I always look forward to the free coffee at the club room since they have mochaccino. The place is clean cozy and the well maintained. This location is great for us since my workplace is only 10mins away, shopping center is close and most of all the pickle ball is only 2 mins walk from our unit. My only concern is if possible they will install a secured entrance gate will be installed to enhance safety and security. Overall its definitely worth the price. Will recommend this to my friends

It's very satisfying to be part of this community. The condominium is wonderful, very quiet, and everyone welcomed us very well with great joy and friendliness.
