This property offers a fantastic living experience for students, particularly freshmen, providing a smooth transition with its convenient location close to campus and sorority row, spacious rooms, and a welcoming social atmosphere. While the occasional noise from sorority row and some minor maintenance issues like dusty fans or inconsistent shower temperatures can occur, the overall cleanliness, amenities, and supportive management contribute to a highly recommended and positive first-year experience.

I spoke with Angie and she was incredibly helpful. I appreciate the time she spent with me and answered my many questions about the Ivy House. She really went above and beyond answering questions about the Ivy House and some unrelated general UF questions. Weβre excited!

My daughter, Haven, lived in the Ivy House her freshman year. We could not have been happier with this decision! From management to location to house amenitiesβ¦we were so so happy. I highly recommend Lexus Reality Group and specially the Ivy House.

Angie Orfield was fantastic at walking us through the process and getting us situated with The Ivy House. I hope to keep working with Angie in the future!

Speaking only of the leasing/reservation process, Angie was phenomenal. My DD is a senior and looking for a dorm like experience without being in an on campus dorm. We had a few phone conversations, sent a walk through video and all of our questions were answered. While we await for acceptance of UF, the Freshman contingency is what sealed the deal. No need to wait for acceptance to lock in your lease with a guaranteed deposit refund if not accepted. We toured the area prior to signing the agreement and feel confident that Ivy House is the best choice.

I spoke to Angie in February of my daughterβs senior year, and was very pleased to find out the Ivy House offered contingency leases, based on acceptance to the University of Florida. Angie spoke to me for 1 hour and explained in great detail everything about the Ivy House and I knew this had to be the place for my daughter. As soon as I hung up with her, I signed my daughters lease. After UFβs acceptances came out, Angie put together a group text for the girls to get to know each other and the phones were blowing up. During the summer, Angie sent out detailed emails about what to expect along with a blue print layout of each room. She also made sure to put my daughterβs best friend across the hall from her. Anything Angie could do to make the transition a smooth and easy one for my daughter she did!!! Move in day and was the best experience! I have a daughter at a different college who is a senior and this move by far was the easiest! The Ivy House hired a moving company to help unload and load everyoneβs items, both big and small. It was extremely helpful considering my daughter is on the third floor. Her single room is extremely spacious and I could see how clean it was from the second we opened the door. Her room has built in drawers and a nice size closet. The communal bathrooms are very clean and not far from her room. The kitchen on the second floor is also very convenient, clean and a luxury to have. I know I made the best decision choosing the Ivy House for my daughters first home away from home:)
