The Earl Apartments

Don’t stay here unless you want to live in a roach infested apartment. Cleanliness is terrible, the garbage by the front office/entrance is embarrassing and disgusting. It’s always over filled with trash all over the sidewalk. I moved out a few months ago and have YET to receive my deposit. They have made every excuse in the book to NOT pay us back. We left the apartment in great condition. My bf has called them multiple times and they keep saying the address on file isn’t correct, when that is incorrect. We have given them an updated address and still, no payment. It’s ridiculous. Also, when we have asked for maintenance to come fix our stairs because they were falling apart, all they did was staple it back. Just complete trash all around. Base boards coming apart, floor is gross… doesn’t matter how many times I’ve cleaned, nothing helped. Stay away from this place… it’s not even worth the cheap rent.

I’ve been living here for about a month, and the apartment has been really nice. Maintenance has been pretty quick, the included pest spraying seems to be very effective, and management worked with me after a misunderstanding about a rent deal.

I had a great move-in experience! Everything went smoothly, and Ivy was extremely helpful, kind, and made the process so much easier. I really appreciate her help and great customer service!
