I have lived here since before there was a pool. It's been great across all management teams. Quiet, respectful neighbors. Ms. Jensen is great and goes above and beyond! Dedication. Peace.

I have loved living at the Collective! I was here before management changed and I am happy to report that we are still loving it here! Jensen in the main office is wonderful. I love how pet friendly the complex is and itβs been a great experience for all of us (humans and doggies)!

Iβve been living here for over two years now. Iβll admit, the past few months were a bit challenging as I hoped to move into one of the charming smaller cottages. With the invaluable assistance of Kelly and Jensen, I managed to navigate several obstacles before my lease expired. Today, Iβm delighted to say Iβve settled into my preferred cottage and couldnβt be happier with how things have unfolded at the Collective on Archer Road.

The only accurate reviews I found were the ones that this place went downhill since the change of management. Itβs a shame, as it could be a nice place to live easily. Iβll pin point maintenance requests that are closed before completion. Payments that automatically went off autopay 3 times and management trying to blame the residents. Dog poop all around. Band aids left in pool. Overfilled garbage disposal. Also, be aware that the ants (also spiders and snakes) will be everywhere including your house. Ant hills are left to thrive. When itβs raining the frog noise wonβt let you sleep at night. The appliance is very poor quality. One good point for the star is safety and a community of nice people. I hope this gets better as it is absolutely not the cheapest place around (probably the most expensive actually)

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The new management at this apartment complex has been nothing but frustrating to deal with. We decided to renew our lease because we were told we would be saving money. Not only were we told our monthly rent would be lower, but we were also promised a $500 renewal incentive for re-signing our lease. Neither of those things happened. When our first payment came through, it was about $150 MORE than what we had been led to expect. The $500 renewal credit we were promised was nowhere to be found. Had management been honest and transparent about the actual costs, we never would have renewed. The most frustrating part is the complete lack of communication. We called repeatedly for FIVE DAYS trying to get answers about why our rent was incorrect and where our promised renewal incentive was. No callbacks, no updates, no urgency whatsoever. After nearly a week of nonstop calls, someone finally responded. Since the new management company took over, the quality of service has drastically declined. Residents are given inaccurate information, promises arenβt being honored, and getting answers to simple questions feels impossible. Transparency and communication seem to be nonexistent. If youβre considering moving here or renewing your lease, get EVERYTHING in writing and double-check every charge before signing. Our experience has been incredibly disappointing, and we regret trusting what we were told.
