We just moved here from out of state last week and we're already super impressed by how friendly and on top-of-it the staff is. Stephanie in the front office and Darren in maintenance have been awesome! đź‘Ź

The management team and Darren with the maintenance team at Bartram have always been incredibly helpful whenever we’ve needed anything. They address issues quickly, professionally, and with a positive attitude. Everyone is kind, responsive, and genuinely happy to help. It’s been a pleasure living at Bartram for so many years!

Although I opted not to further pursue a unit at this time, I was incredibly impressed with how well I was taken care of through the application process, and I was even refunded my background check fee as a courtesy without asking. Stephanie went above and beyond in her service and communication. This level of service is not something I often experience nowadays. I will certainly consider living here in the future.
