This is one of the best places to live in Gainesville. Affordable rent, awesome staff, great communication system with the tenants, and spacious apartaments too! The community events are awesome, the green comunal areas are beautiful, and people in the office are super attentive and caring. I could not ask for more. Thank you Sun Bay for making my experience here the best!

This place is so wonderful that I would have stayed here until graduation if I hadn't moved into the UF Housing. The river views are stunning, and above all, the staff are incredibly kind. Truly a lovely home.
