I have lived here for two years. It was a good experience with office and maintenance. They were very responsive to any requests or concerns. If you are looking for affordable units to live in NW Gainesville, it is a good place and choice to live there. There wasn’t any major incidents happened during my stay. Highly recommended 👍🏻

I moved to Gainesville after 47 years in Atlanta, originally from Florida. I'm retired now and I chose Gainesville specifically to be in a nice size city, closer to my family now that I'm retired. The location of Santa Fe Trace Apartments is ideal, right off I-75 exit 390. Easy access to all areas of Gainesville. I moved here 6 months ago and am really glad i did. 1 have a large 1 BR apartment with a private courtyard entrance. It's perfect for me and has a oversized bedroom. The Kitchen has a utility nook for a small washer-dryer or storage. Neighbors are very quiet and the grounds are really well kept. Ample parking everywhere. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. Santa Fe Trace staff are all exceptional, special thanks to Shelly, Scott and Harry. Rent is much more reasonable than many other apts in the area. The complex itself is very spacious and laid out nicely. There are both 1 & 2 BR styles to choose from. It's a really nice environment, right off 39th Ave & 91st Street. *****Check it out, you'll be impressed by the Area, Apartments and the Staff..... Harry

Shelly is a very good manager. I just renewed my lease for my second year. I enjoy living here and would recommend to anyone that this complex is very good to live at and call your home.
