The staff in the office was so professional and helpful during the application process. But soon as there was a problem with the application approval all their professionalism left the building. No one would or wouldn’t answer any questions about the reason for the denial. They told me to check my emails there should be a notice from the main office. That was a few days ago so I’m looking for a number to speak with the staff that does the approval process which none seems to know. Very upset with this.

Besides being not a very safe neighborhood. The lawn crew busted my 4 year olds window and took over two weeks to even come look at it. But I got a notice that they refuse to take responsibility and trying to make me pay for it. They didn’t realize I have a camera in my son’s play room of the lawn crew going by my sons window on a lawn mower when we were not home being broken. Thank god for the Ring Company. Anyhow long story short. The office doesn’t answer their phones. Poorly maintained area. Garbage is always overflowing the dumpsters. ROACHES. And their pest control is a total joke. I had to do my own pest control. Very very gross environment. Luckily I’ll be moving to a much safer and better maintained area.

Have lived here through numerous management changes in the leasing office and most recently see some significant positive changes in both upkeep and maintenance of the property, as well as better communication with office staff. Looking forward to seeing more improvements after years of fluctuating between good and bad experiences. Hope they stripe the parking spaces again soon.

I've lived here for a year and for the most part, it has been a good experience. Maintenance responds quickly and is friendly and efficient- they are working with appliances that are sometimes old. For the reviewers who say "they raise the rent on you often," this complex is income restricted and the rent goes up and down with average income in the area, and this is explained thoroughly, and is NOT controlled by the complex itself. Yes, the kids tend to run around unattended here and it is annoying, but it wasn't unexpected. Management is responsive and friendly- they do what they can to remedy any issues (they only can do so much- but memos and warnings do go out for undesirable behavior). I've never felt unsafe, and although I'm moving out at the end of my lease, I do recommend it as an affordable place to live.

I stayed out here for 1year. The units are very spacious, but that’s about it... I moved in with multiple things wrong with the unit and I left with the same issues not being fixed or repaired after multiple requests! Maintenance is sorry. & The home office representatives are so nonchalant and unprofessional, seems as if they don’t understand their job duties as leasing specialist! The area was very loud when dark fell, and the noise was just another issue that helped me make my decision to move. A lot of families, it was bad. I wouldn’t recommend it. The price was great!! But your in for trouble ..
