HoA needs more employees to better manage the complex. I think they are saying they are doing things and showing it on the end of year budget... but I don't see things actually happening. They do not pressure wash the sidewalks. They do not upkeep the property plants. Landscaping only cuts grass and blows leaves off the parking lots. The front pool has had a leak for years, and they say they have fixed it several times. If you want pest control, you have to remind them every month, or they will stop coming. Mamagement does far less than they say they do. I'll be keeping better records going forward and filing a formal complaint to Florida Housing Authority soon after. Whatever management group the HoA is under is ripping off every resident/owner that pays an HoA fee and has been for years.

Sold a washer n dryer to some dear friends who had a 2 year old toddler and was desperate for a newer machine! Right people right time. The grounds in the community was friendly waving and almost no litter anywhere in sight.

apparently you can't owe more than $800 to anyone on your credit history......before you waste your $75 on an application fee
