I had the opportunity of touring the complex with Aquira and I must say she did a phenomenal job. Complex is great, well decorated and up to standards, and has all the great features and benefits that a person needs.

I lived at Rise for 3 years and I cannot say enough nice things about the amazing staff. Louis, Aquira, and Robert were always friendly and super helpful! It is clear that they genuinely care. I always felt safe and comfortable, the amenities were nice, and the location relative to UF, Butler Plaza, etc. allows you to avoid a lot of traffic. I would 100% live there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rise 34. The clubhouse is lovely, the pool is great, and the staff is friendly and professional. Robert was especially helpful and always easy to deal with. We’d definitely recommend it.

I wanted to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation for the outstanding experience we had yesterday while signing our lease. From start to finish, the process was seamless, enjoyable, and truly made us feel excited and welcomed to the Rise34 community. We especially want to recognize Will, who was incredible to work with throughout the process. As we became familiar with Rise34, he was always knowledgeable, patient, hospitable, and genuinely friendly. He took the time to answer our questions, made us feel comfortable every step of the way, and helped make what can often be a stressful process an exciting one. We truly enjoyed working with him and are so grateful for all of his support. Thank you to the entire team for making such a wonderful first impression. We can’t wait to move in and officially become part of the Rise34 community!
