Residences at Markets West

Ive been living here for some time now and at first everything looks shiny and new but after a while you see that the place is not as well maintained. Especially this gym. I have complained about this and nothing has been done and I have also talked to other residents who feel the same way about the gym. The gym needs a lot of love. A bunch of the equipment is run down. The benches are squeaky and wobbly. They have posted their benches online, but in real life they are broken and wobbly. There are a lot of other apartment complexes that charge about the same with gyms that are a lot nicer. They barely have any machines at all. There is no leg extension machine or leg curl machine. no hip abductor machines. There is a treadmill that does not work. We spend enough in rent, they could replace broken equipment.

Updated review: Very disappointed with this community. I lived here 2 1/2 years ago. Loved it so much, I moved back one year and four months ago. This community has slowly gone downhill. The smell of cannabis is all over the place to include the pool area with children present. I have no idea how this community devolved so quickly. Why do I have to smell someone else’s weed when I’m simply walking to the gym? I’m angry. Loved this place. Now, it’s horrible. I hope it cleans up and fast.

I've been here going on a year here at Residences at Market West. I love the location, friendly neighborhood and quit. The area has less trees that are non threatening from major storms from damaging the Apartments. We have an awesome Staff and Maintenance crewethat serve you in a timely matter. Not far from Hwy 75 if traveling north or south. Nice clean environment with Gym, lounge, Swimming pool, dog park, etc. If you need a place to stay i encourage you to visit Residences at Market West. Guaranteed no regrets. Office Staff will take care of you. God bless
