I rarely leave reviews, but the service we received from Stephone Norman in maintenance at Polo Club absolutely deserves recognition at the highest level. Within 23 hours of submitting our maintenance requests, every single issue was addressed and fully resolved. Not temporarily patched. Not “we’ll come back next week.” Fixed. Completely. Efficiently. Professionally. What stood out most was the urgency and ownership Stephone demonstrated. He didn’t treat the requests like routine tickets to check off. He treated them like responsibilities. When our dryer issue couldn’t be reasonably repaired, he made the decision to replace it with a new unit rather than delay us with ongoing problems. That level of follow-through is rare. His communication was clear, respectful, and proactive throughout the process. No chasing. No excuses. Just results. In a time where responsiveness and accountability often feel optional, Stephone set a standard that should be recognized by corporate leadership as an example of what exceptional property maintenance looks like. This is the kind of performance that directly impacts resident satisfaction and retention. Polo Club is fortunate to have someone operating at this level. I do not typically leave reviews. This one is earned.

My daughter lived here January 2025 through July 2025. Her apartment was the most disgusting apartment she has ever lived in. Very run down and dirty. Move in day we spent most of the time cleaning. I’m attaching photos of what the apartment looked like at move in. Supposedly the carpet was cleaned, but as you can see from the picture of the vacuum it was filled with dirt. The locking mechanism and door handle on the front door were loose and not secure. The air vent was covered in black dirt and the stairs had been chewed on by an animal. It was obvious that the apartment was trashed before she moved in and they did the bare minimum to clean it up. She also had to move in on the first day of spring semester and they would not budge on that. They would not give her one day in advance for move in. We moved her out asap once the lease was up. During the her time there they battled carpet beetles and termites. The only good thing was maintenance was responsive to work orders.

We loved our tour of Polo Club and the staff. Such a cute apartment complex. They were able to answer every question we had!

When I first signed my lease with Polo Club, everything went smoothly. However, my three roommates later had their leases canceled and their rent increased, while mine stayed at $645. Theirs went up by $100, which was frustrating, but we decided to stay since I couldn’t break my lease. When we first moved in, the apartment was pretty dirty, we spent our first night deep cleaning to get rid of spiders, gnats, and roaches. Pest control has come by several times since then, and it’s helped a lot. We’re four very clean girls, and over time we’ve noticed fewer bugs, so it really depends on how well the apartment is maintained by each resident. Overall, the maintenance team and front office staff, especially Ashley and Stephon, have been incredibly kind and helpful. The only issues we’ve had were with the Collier Company’s higher management. Because of that, we decided to move out, but if we could, we would definitely re-sign.

I would highly recommend the Polo Club since I have had a really pleasant experience at this complex thus far. To begin, the rooms are spacious and when issues do arise, the maintenance team is extremely quick to respond to any requests. The leasing agents are very friendly and they always welcome their guests with warm smiles. Also, they clearly go above and beyond to ensure that the customer has an enjoyable experience. The ammenities including the pool, gym and club house are always in a neat, clean condition which greatly enhances the experience as a resident.
