Magnolia Street Residences

So, I spent a year at Magnolia Apartments, and honestly, it was pretty chill. First off, the location, Perfect. Downtown Gainesville is right there, so grabbing food or going out was super easy. The apartment itself was nice – in unit washer and dryer was a must for me. The fitness center was a nice bonus, especially when I didn't feel like trekking to a gym. And honestly, the best part was that when I had any issues, the management team was on it. They were always quick to respond and really helpful. Yeah, it's definitely a bit pricier than some other places, but for the location and the quality of the apartments, I think it's worth it. If you're looking for a place downtown where you can actually enjoy living, Magnolia's definitely worth checking out. Only downside I'd say is parking, but you do get a parking pass to park in a designated lot.
