Kingston Courtyard Starke

Only getting two starts because I know that one star reviews can be removed. I had a frustrating experience trying to lease here due to poor communication throughout the process. It often took a long time to get responses to simple questions, and when I did get answers, they were frequently inconsistent or changed later. This made it very difficult to plan my move or understand exactly what was needed from me. Clear and timely communication is really important when someone is trying to secure housing, and unfortunately that was lacking in my experience.

It’s a great place to live. Quiet, clean and staff is friendly and professional.

I highly recommend this place if you're looking for an apartment in or around Starke. These units are very well insulated and air conditioned, they stay very cool through summer. It's very kid and pet friendly, there's a playground and a fenced in dog park area. Management is very helpful and kind, and Melissa and Anna are a pleasure to work with.
