JACK Tuscana Luxury Apartments

all around disgusting place to live but the worst part is that it’s COVERED in mold and they make you sign a waiver in your lease that they don’t have to do anything about it. there’s nothing you can do personally to get rid of it- trust me i’ve tried !!!! it’s so gross especially in the bathrooms but in the kitchen as well

I have lived at Tuscana Apartments for two years now, and resigned my lease because I enjoyed living at the complex. I live in a 5x5 which has its own building and its own stairwell lock for extra security. It's about a 5 minute walk from Sorority Row and a 7 minute walk to the edge of campus. The common areas and bedrooms are big and rent is fairly priced when considering size and location. The maintenance team has been very adept and respondent in helping us mount TV's and fix light bulbs amongst other things. Overall, I have enjoyed my experience living at Tuscana and as an added bonus, the grounds are very picturesque.

Neat architecture, but the fire alarm goes off every 2 seconds.
