Hunter's Run Apartments

This apartment continues to go down hill. Each new manager/ management is worse than the last. Maintenance is MONTHS behind on work orders. They are more focused on renovating apartments instead of servicing those that already live here. I waited 5 months for my dishwasher to be fixed for it to break again 3 weeks later. The pool and hot tub are always out of order. The WiFi company- broad star that services the apartment is TERRIBLE and always having service outages. I do not recommend living here.

Been living here for about 6 years. The apartment use to be good about fixing things. Now all they do is focus on the apartments that they are renovating. It took them about 3-4 months to come fix a dishwasher, they fixed it, 2-3 weeks later it stopped working again. We put in a new work order and that’s been about 1-2 months ago. We are still waiting to get it fixed.

I have lived here for a couple years now and have gone through the numerous changes in staff. While the apartments are spacious and the area is conveniently located the problems with getting things properly is poor. The community seems more obsessed with trying to look good than actually providing for their residents. Our biggest attraction here was the pool and hot tub. However, it seems like every time you turn around the pool and hot tub are down for some sort of maintenance that will take months and has no end date insight. After months of requesting help with our electricity, we finally got help only for there to be a hole left in our wall with exposed wiring that still hasn’t been fixed. There is no follow through. And they are more concerned about “upgrading” apartments than doing anything. Additionally you have to have their internet provider which is the worst and most unreliable internet I’ve ever experienced. And you have to pay for cable it’s not “free” it’s an added fee among others to your rent. The amount of fees added to my rent for things is crazy. I can’t in good conscience recommend here.

We have lived here for 1.5 years and enjoy it! We know our neighbors, feel a sense of community, and are happy with the value. The enclosed patio and w/d hookups are a big pro! The cons are that the amenities are sometimes closed (the pool was closed spring break and much of summer) and that there isn't an alternative internet supplier.
