Great place to live been here almost a year and it’s been great neighborhood is good stores are closed property manager Thomas is very helpful about any inquiries

My girlfriend and I have lived here since 2023, we moved to Gainesville for University. We initially stayed due to the cheap rent, but another reason for staying was the management and maintenance, they are consistently nice, and are look out for you. No complaints having lived here for almost 3+ years.

We’ve been here for many years and seen a lot of changes in staff . Thomas has been a very good manager, he gets faults sorted quickly and efficiently. This is a pleasant neighborhood to live in and I would recommend it to anyone.

I've lived here for about three years now and I love it! It's a wonderful little neighborhood, and any issues I've had with other tenants or maintenance concerns were all quickly addressed in the best way. Excited to keep living here!
