Greenwich Green Apartments

We absolutely love living in this safe and very friendly community! We have felt genuinely welcomed and well cared-for by the office staff from day one. After the first social event we attended, they knew us and our dogs by name. The apartments are spacious, and located close to a few useful bus lines that make it super easy to get around Gainesville. Fellow residents have been really friendly, and there are always lots of families with kids playing outside. We have had a couple of very minor issues and the staff responded immediately and resolved the problems respectfully and efficiently. It is clear to us that they are committed to ensuring the community is a great place to live. We feel completely at home here.

Sometimes when you’re renting, it can feel temporary — like you’re not really “home.” But Greenwich Green became our home in 2023, and I honestly wish we had found it sooner! The leasing office managers truly care — and I don’t say that lightly. They look to solve problems, not just check a box. They don’t treat you like a number or make you feel like it wouldn’t matter if you left. They genuinely care about the residents here, and it’s hard to even put into words how amazing they are. The maintenance staff is just as incredible. They communicate clearly when fixing things, explain what they’re doing, and are always so friendly and respectful. It really feels full circle here. If you’re looking for a place to call home, don’t look any further — come be my neighbor!

I had a great experience living here. The apartment is clean, well maintained, and management is responsive whenever issues come up. The location is convenient and the community feels safe and welcoming. Overall, I’m happy with my stay and would recommend this place to others.

Savanna was great. She had all the information and then some. She had every answer to EVERY QUESTION. It was spacious, it was a beautiful area. Jade was also fun to talk to. We talked about my job and the perks of the community outreaches from businesses. It was an amazing experience overall! I do recommend touring there.

She gave us a thorough tour of the property, answered all our questions with patience and clarity, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Nettie was equally amazing, she helped expedite the paperwork and took care of every issue we encountered upon move-in with speed and professionalism. It’s rare to find a leasing team that’s this responsive and genuinely invested in making your transition seamless.
