I had an amazing experience working with the floating manager, Kelsey. She stepped in and provided customer service from the moment I arrived for my tour. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions regarding availability and the community. I was really hoping to secure a two-bedroom apartment, but unfortunately, they were on a waitlist. Instead of simply turning me away, Kelsey went above and beyond to explore options and ultimately helped make it happen. Her dedication, professionalism, and willingness to help made all the difference. I am so excited about my new home and truly appreciate everything Kelsey did to assist me throughout the process. I highly recommend working with her if you’re looking for a community that genuinely cares about its future residents!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was given so much misinformation while touring. Instead of resolving the issues, Kelsy argued, yelled back at me, refused to provide me a higher-up manager to contact, and refused to take accountability for the misinformation that was spread from an employee that no longer worked there. After being told there was plenty of units available by one of the property managers, I wasted my money applying just to be told there were no units available. We paid a non-refundable $60 fee and she refused to acknowledge the situation or apologize, just putting emphasis on the fact the fee was non-refundable. An absolute JOKE of a property team. Arguably just as bad, if not worse, than The Crossing at Santa Fe.
