Since Staying Here The Last 4 Years I've Noticed No One Is Ever Inside the office on time Doing Their Job,(video Proof Of That) Maintenance Is Incompetent And Unprofessional All While being paid For It,(Also Have Proof)My Family Has Also Been Threatened By The Office, for compensation that has proven To Be paid for, Causing Unnecessary Stress To My Then Pregnant Fiance leading To Other Complications Further Down The Line.(Again More Receipts If Needed), If I Could Give A Negative Star Or Even Half A Star I Would. I DON'T RECOMMEND STAYING!!

This complex is under management that could care less to genuinely help their own community. I have been, apparently, on an imaginary waiting list for TWO YEARS now because NO ONE informed my DISABLED VETERAN SISTER and I, of ANY information of our application status in the first FOUR MONTHS we applied. So therefore, we were told to RE APPLY AND WAIT AGAIN. Correct me if I'm wrong, but what apartment complex- of low income housing- at that, only hold your application for 4 months?; NO CALL. NO MAILED NOTIFICATIONS. NO EMAIL. THEY DON'T EVER TELL YOU ANYTHING IN PERSON BECAUSE NO ONE IS EVER IN THE OFFICE. IF THEY ARE,THEY LEAVE EARLY. I ASK ABOUT MY STATUS IN PERSON, IM TOLD TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY BECAUSE THEY'RE TRAING SOMEONE AT THE MOMENT. I COME BACK THE NEXT DAY AND THEY'RE ON LUNCH OR ALREADY LEFT FOR THE DAY. All the times I came by, they never cared enough to tell us about our status. Sounds a lot like deferred action and discrimination to me. Filing a report with who signs their checks aka the FDACS and HUD. I think a federal investigation is long overdue with this complex. #NEW MANAGEMENT NEEDED is an understatement.
