2023: My husband and I moved from Washington State to Gainesville, and initially, the process was fantastic. Leasing Manager Keanna made everything from approval to move-in day extremely easy. The apartment itself looks great and matches the virtual tour perfectly. They changed property management, but Karen was a wonderful property manager, and George did an excellent job with maintenance. I truly loved living here during this time. Recent update 2025: The property has gone through changes again. We now have a new property manager and maintenance team. We currently have an issue with the AC and were told it can’t be fixed for several days, and that we would have to make do with just one portable AC unit. Living on the 3rd floor in Florida heat with only one portable AC unit is extremely uncomfortable. I’m not happy with these new changes and would not recommend moving here.
