This is a great place to live. Management is responsive to anything that may go wrong and the repairs are done quickly and on time. I feel safe here the apartments are huge and there's a pool and tennis court. I just signed my second year lease and I'm very happy. I would recommend this

Called them and you can literally hear them hanging up the phone. They could have at least answered and asked if I could call back or something. Smh

Truly a hidden gem in Gainesville, Creekwood is probably the best renting experience I've had. From the kind and attentive management, thorough maintenance, and a spacious apartment with a screened in porch with a wonderful view, what's not to love? I had absolutely no bug issues here, which is saying a lot for living in Gainesville. Some of the facilities are a little dated, but the overall experience makes up for it. If I didn't have to move for my career, I would have certainly continued renting at Creekwood.
