This complex offers a convenient location and a generally friendly staff, with some residents praising recent renovations and community amenities like the pool and clubhouse. However, many students have reported significant and recurring issues with maintenance responsiveness, particularly regarding persistent plumbing problems, HVAC failures, and pest infestations, which often go unaddressed for extended periods. If you’re thinking about moving in here, i would reconsider. Camelot apartments run by Atrium Management has admitted to me in person and in writing that they owe me money. An UNAUTHORIZED tenant set apartment 244 ON FIRE last august 19th 2025 which rendered my apartment uninhabitable. The police were asking for someone to get ahold of someone that worked for camelot or atrium management, there was no emergency number for the complex or staff to get ahold of. It was terrifying. Despite them acknowledging they owe me money, it is almost a year later after them intermittently checking if i “got the money” when I havent gotten anything. On top of that, this place experienced frequent very smelly sewage leaks down the streets as well as sewage and plumbing backups in my apartment. Also, im convinced (in my opinion) that many positive reviews are possibly coming from emails we got encouraging us to write reviews for amazon gift cards. This night was the most horrific night of my life and atrium did not make this easier on me. Edit: thanks camelot for the copy and paste response you paste onto others reviews. It really shows how much you take this seriously. You guys know who I am and where to send my money as you asked me and i sent my mailing address several times. I have added additional evidence photos. They also told my insurance adjuster that a new unit was ready for me, attempted to use my loss of use immediate money for housing as I was homeless after this, then I had to prove to my insurance adjuster that there was no housing available at that time. Camelot apartments and employees of atrium management company have admitted over email, text, in person, and even their online portal shows my money that is owed in my resident account and yet STILL no money. Why not just send my money that is owed to me from rent i paid at the beginning of the month and due to the fire rendering my apartment uninhabitable I am owed the money back. I dont understand why I have received nothing despite numerous acknowledgement of it.

New resident at Camelot...still emptying boxes ...and our power went out late yesterday. Called the emergency maintenance line and had Will... maintenance professional on call...at our door within 3 hours. He was professional and knew what to do. Had our power back on within a few minutes of arriving. Thank you Will...you saved me the cost of a hotel for the night.

I had a great experience at Camelot with Esther and interacting with their management team, Tyler M. did a wonderful job with our appointment, he gave a great tour with detailed information about anything and everything you would want to know about the place and the complex. I genuinely feel safe doing business with them. Today it felt like everyone was working together as a team so that everybody could win, not something you see very often in these scenarios! They were easy to communicate with and did their best to get the very best deal for me <3
