I lived in Brookwood Terrace a few years ago, and it was the best apartment I've lived in over the past several years. It's was spacious, pet friendly and beautifully landscaped. Maintenance was always friendly and responded quickly. It's was a quiet apartment complex too, which I really appreciated. This place is truly a hidden gem of Gainesville.

I lived at Brookwood Terrace for a year in a one bedroom townhouse and I loved it! The bedroom was spacious and the place was clearly well taken care of. My carpets were brand new when I moved in and maintenance was always available for any issues I had. Everyone was super nice and I knew all my neighbors by name. The property manager, Gabi, could always be reached and was very helpful. The only reason I moved out was because I ended up buying a condo but otherwise I would've definitely stayed. The rent and utilities were quite affordable. I'd highly recommend Brookwood Terrace to anyone who wants to live in a quieter community that's still a quick drive or bus ride to campus!
