ROACHES! STAY AWAY! if I could give zero stars I would. I've lived here for a little over 2 months and I have been complaining since day 1. Maintenance and pest control come out and nothing changes. My apartment has become uninhabitable and my pets health, and mine is at risk. I have lived in Florida for 8 years in multiple different cities/housing complexes and have NEVER seen a roach. I am completely appalled and cannot live like this. This is the worst experience I have ever had, do NOT move here if you want to keep your sanity. I have called the parent company, Collier, with no avail. I will be seeking legal options to get out of my lease and relocate immediately. This is completely unacceptable and I warn anyone who wants to move here. RUN!

It was a bit rocky at first back in 2018 but they’ve made some real strides since. Jay and Tessa are always easy to work with and Wade is an exceptional handyman who always does great work. It’s become a quiet community full of diverse and friendly families and young adults. Highly recommend all things considered nowadays
