Bentwood Apartments

Been a Bentwood resident for (I think) 5 years now. I lease a 1 bedroom apartment and for me, it's the perfect space ! Getting older, living alone not fun, but the 1 bedroom is set up perfectly and doorways are "walker" friendly. Wheelchairs ? I also feel safe within my community and we are Pet Friendly. I'm not sure of current demographics, but I would suggest one important change in some apartments. Is it feasible to offer a walk-in shower in some units ? Just a thought :). Might end up being deal breaker on some current residents. Another plus is PARKING ! lots n lots. If you have a handicap placard, Leasing Mgr. Miss Jordana will help you to obtain your handicap space. Miss Jordana is our Property Manager and Leasing Agent. She knows what she's doing re: regulations etc. and just a downright friendly lady. Maintenance crew is TOP NOTCH and know what they're doing. No bandaids involved in their work ! In other words they are Super Duper :) . So, from one Happy Bentwood Resident to those seeking a new living space, I would suggest you sign with Bentwood and save some money. (:
