Lisa Sands is an excellent representative for Bay Harbor. She is very knowledgeable about the community and has a great personality to boot!! She is always happy to see me and gives great hugs! I just love her. She deserves a raise.

6 years I have been here at Bay Harbor and love it!! Office staff is great (Lisa Sands)and maintenance has also been amazing no complaints. I just recently decided to change apartment and the process was a breeze. Within a couple days I was situated in my newer apartment (black appliances and no carpet) .

Our recent move to this community was a significant step, and the service we received from Lisa Sands made it truly memorable. From the moment we started our search, she displayed professionalism and a caring approach. Because of her we were able to move in what it seams to be a wonderfull place (only been here for a week now). The manager Belinda is very nice, all the neighbors seem very polite and the garbage system works like a clock, very efficient! ​But back to Lisa, she was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, guiding us with patience and clear communication. Her attention to detail was essential, ensuring every aspect of our transition was seamless. ​Beyond her professionalism she fostered a welcoming environment, demonstrating a truly human approach. We are truly grateful for all her efforts.
