I have been calling, leaving voicemails, and sending emails for weeks with no response. Due to the lack of communication, I had to come to the office in person. Right before walking into the leasing office, I called again and there was still no answer, yet someone was sitting directly at the front desk by the phone. Communication and responsiveness really need to improve.
